Issue Position

Travis pledges to work for marriage equality for all Minnesotans, stronger policies prohibiting harassment, violence, and bullying of any kind. Additionally, Travis will fight to ensure that same-sex partners have the right to control their partner's remains after death, give the surviving member of a same-sex partnership the right to sue the person responsible for a wrongful death to recover medical and funeral expenses, and provide domestic partner benefits for state employees.
